An Introduction to Art in Coaching

This introductory one day workshop is for any coach who is curious about art in coaching and wants to start to explore something new for their practice.

This very experiential day enables coaches to explore and discover for themselves how:

  • Using art based approaches can deepen and enrich their coaching conversations with their clients, and how:
  • Art creates deep transformational shifts in personal meaning

The aim is to give coaches the opportunity to experience the potential of using art in their own practice and feel confident to start trying it out in their own practice.

This introductory day leads to the two day ‘Art in Coaching – Developing your practice’ workshop which explores the neuroscience and Art in Coaching framework in more depth; providing more space for coaching practicals and reflective learning.

I underestimated the personal value/benefit I would get from it
