Art in Coaching – Developing your practice

This two-day workshop follows on from the Introduction to Art in Coaching day and is aimed at coaches who have attended that day and have had some practice of using art with their clients, and who now want to deepen their knowledge and understanding of how and why art is so transformational.

The aim of the workshop is for you to leave with a greater understanding of the depth and breadth of using art in coaching, enabling you to deepen and shape your own practice.

The two days are very experiential and reflective enabling you to discover for yourself how you want to develop your art-based practice.

Whilst being very experiential it will also explore in more depth the background to this approach, art therapy crossover and influences, and the neuroscience around the right and left hemisphere ‘functions’ and their role in coaching with art. In addition, we will explore in greater depth the Coaching with Art Principles and Framework as well as some of the barriers to this approach and how to overcome them.

Post the workshop, to further support you in developing your practice, I have included a follow-up 1:1 session with me to reflect on your practice.

Additional 1:1 sessions, including supervision sessions, can also be booked with me as needed.

This is incredibly compatible with what we are doing with our coachees
