Art in Coaching – Developing your practice

This two-day workshop follows on from the Introduction to Art in Coaching day and is aimed at coaches who have attended that day and want to deepen their knowledge and understanding of how and why art is so transformational; developing their approach and confidence in using art in coaching.

The two days are very experiential and reflective giving time to try out using art in coaching as well as experiencing being coached using art. The two days enable you to explore and discover how you want to develop your practice.

Whilst being very experiential it will also explore in more depth the background to this approach, art therapy crossover and influences, and the neuroscience around the right and left hemisphere ‘functions’ and their role in Art in Coaching. In addition, we will cover contracting for art based coaching, ethics and boundaries, what exercises to use and the Art in Coaching Framework for working with art.

To support you in developing your practice post the workshop, I have included a follow-up 1:1 session with me as part of the package. Additional 1:1 sessions, including supervision sessions, can also be booked with me as needed.

The workshop is very experiential and reflective, enabling coaches to explore and discover for themselves how they want to develop their practice.
