A coaches’ studio day for reflection and learning
Welcoming you to my studio in South Wiltshire
In this deeply experiential day we come together to focus on you and your practice whilst learning how to bring nature and art together for deeply meaningful and potentially transformational coaching.
The day
We begin by gathering together in the studio to talk about our day and what you want to explore and leave with.
We agree how we want to hold the space for each other and what we will do.
Then we move outside walking together in quiet mindfulness, gathering materials for creative explorations later.
We walk to a wooded place where we come together to sit and talk about our practice:
- What do you want/need to let go of?
- What do you need and want to let in?
Creating in nature
I will invite you to create something from your found materials representing what you want to let go of, leaving it behind to return slowly back to nature.
Reflecting
We then walk back to the studio talking and reflecting on our time in nature.
Studio time
In the afternoon, after lunch, we come into the studio to explore mark making using natural materials sourced on our walk.
Then you will create a piece of guided reflective art consolidating your day and our time together, before we gathering together for the last time to share our learning and insights and say goodbye.
Who is the day for?
This day is for any coach who would welcome some time out to reflect on themselves and their practice.
There is no requirement to consider yourself creative or use creative techniques in your coaching.

Accessibility
The walking on this day is across fields and uneven ground with one short hill to climb. Access to the studio is via gravel and uneven paving stones with one small step into the studio.
Bathroom facilities are up a flight of stairs.
Fees:
The fee for this day to £275 and includes:
- All refreshments and lunch
- Art notebook
- Art materials
- Foraging bags
